The Evolution of Paramount Commercial Appraisers
Paramount was originally started by Diana Spencer in 2003, joining Valbridge Property Advisors as one of the founding members in 2013. As of 2024 we have terminated our agreement with Valbridge and have gone back to our roots as Paramount Commercial Appraisers. Diana Spencer is our Senior Managing Director, an MAI with over 30 years of experience and Hunter Howell is our President as a Certified General Appraiser.
Hunter Howell is a University of North Carolina graduate with a rich history in golf and real estate. He’s a fervent believer that real estate runs deep in his veins. He brings a passionate and innate understanding to the helm of Paramount Commercial Appraisers. Hunter proudly continues to maintain the strong and trusted client relationships established by Diana.
